New Issue: African Development Bank sells $1 billion 1¼% five-year notes at 99.942

Portland, Ore., Aug. 24 - African Development Bank priced a $1 billion issue of 1¼% five-year notes (Aaa/AAA/AAA) at 99.942 on Wednesday, according to a market source.

Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and UBS managed the sale.

The regional development bank is based in Tunis, Tunisia.
