African Development Bank talks new bonds in mid-swaps plus 37 bps area

Chicago, Nov. 20 – African Development Bank (Aaa/AAA/AAA) is planning a new benchmark offering of global SEC-exempt bonds as Tuesday business, according to a market source.

Initial price talk is in the mid-swaps plus 37 basis points area.

The bonds will mature on Jan. 4, 2027.

Settlement is expected Nov. 29.

The bonds will be listed in Luxembourg.

BMO, BNP Paribas, Citigroup, JPMorgan and Wells Fargo are lead bookrunners.

The issuer is a multilateral development bank based in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
