Des Moines, June 26 - African Copper plc completed a private placement of shares for 92,045,492 Botswana pula.

The company sold 8,367,772 ordinary shares to a Botswana institutional investor at 11 Botswana pula per share.

African Copper is a mineral exploration and development company based in London.
