Fitch lifts outlook to stable on Cleveland school district

Fitch Ratings said it revised its outlook to stable from negative on the Cleveland Municipal School District's $147 million in outstanding general obligation school facilities bonds and affirmed its BBB+ rating on the bonds.

The revision reflects the district's ability to restore reserve levels in recent years, Fitch said.
