Cleveland County Educational Facilities, Okla., plans to sell $63.32 million revenue bonds

New York, May 12 - The Cleveland County Educational Facilities Authority of Oklahoma is set to bring to market $63.315 million in series 2010 educational facilities lease revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds will be sold through D.A. Davidson & Co. The co-managers are BOSC, Inc. and Wells, Nelson & Associates LLC.

The bonds are due 2011 to 2014.

Proceeds will finance classroom additions, classroom renovations and equipment purchases at schools throughout Norman, Okla.

The authority, located in Norman, Okla., provides financing assistance for schools within the county.
