Clean Water Services, Ore., intends to sell $81.82 million sewer revenue bonds Aug. 24

New York, Aug. 15 - The Clean Water Services of Washington County, Ore., is set to price $81.82 million of series 2011 senior-lien sewer revenue bonds on Aug. 24, according to a preliminary official statement.

The deal includes $31.82 million of series 2011A refunding bonds and $50 million of series 2011B revenue bonds.

The bonds (Aa2/AA/) will be sold competitively with Western Financial Group LLC as the financial adviser.

The 2011A bonds are due 2012 to 2021, and the 2011B bonds are due 2013 to 2032.

Proceeds will be used to fund improvements to the agency's sewer system, as well as to fund a debt service reserve.

Based in Hillsboro, Ore., Clean Water Services provides sewage and water treatment services to Washington County, Ore.
