Clayton County Water Authority, Ga., to price $55.9 million water, sewerage revenue refunding bonds

New York, Feb. 7 - The Clayton County Water Authority of Georgia is expected to price $55.9 million of series 2012 water and sewerage revenue refunding bonds, said a sales calendar. Pricing is slated for the week of Feb. 6.

The bonds (Aa2) will be sold through lead manager Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc.

Proceeds will be used to refinance a portion of the authority's series 2005 bonds for a net present value savings of 7.4% of refunded principal with no extension of maturities.
