New Issue: Clark County Water Reclamation, Nev., prices $100.06 million G.O. bonds

New York, July 8 – The Clark County Water Reclamation District of Nevada sold $100,055,000 of series 2015 limited tax water reclamation general obligation bonds, according to a pricing sheet. The deal was upsized from $97,795,000.

The bonds (Aa1/AAA/) were sold competitively. The issuer did not immediately respond to requests for the winning bidder Wednesday.

The bonds are due 2019 to 2038 with 3.25% to 5% coupons.

Proceeds will be used to advance refund the district’s series 2008 general obligation bonds.
