Moody's rates Clark County, Nev., airport bonds Aa3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aa3 rating to $121.622 million in passenger facility charges (PFC) revenue bonds issued by Clark County Airport Enterprise, Nev., 2008 series A (subordinate lien). The outlook is stable.

The bonds were to be sold June 1.

The bonds are being issued as fixed-rate bonds to refund $119.2 million outstanding 1998 series A PFC revenue bonds for estimated net present value savings of 4.73%.
