Moody's rates Clark County Airport, Nev., bonds Aa2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aa2 rating to Clark County Airport Enterprise, Nev.'s $61.57 million senior-lien revenue bonds, series 2008E.

Sale of the bonds is expected on May 19.

The outlook is stable.

The series 2008E bonds are being issued as fixed-rate bonds to refund $59.465 million outstanding series 1998A subordinate-lien bonds for estimated net present value savings of 4.39%.
