Moody's gives Aa3 underlying ratings to Clark County Airport, Nev., bonds

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned underlying Aa3 ratings to Clark County Airport Enterprise, Nev.'s $266 million of subordinate lien revenue bonds, series 2008C, and $379,855,000 of subordinate lien revenue bonds, series 2008D.

The outlook is stable.

At the same time, Moody's said it affirmed the Aa2 underlying rating on the airport's senior lien revenue bonds; the Aa3 underlying rating on its subordinate lien revenue bonds and PFC revenue bonds; and the A1 underlying rating on its third lien jet aviation fuel tax revenue bonds.

Sale of the 2008C and 2008D bonds is expected on March 17.
