New Issue: Clark County, Nev., sells $50 million Las Vegas Convention G.O. bonds

New York, Jan. 30 - Clark County, Nev., sold $50 million of series 2014 Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority general obligation bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa1/AA/) were sold competitively.
The bonds are due 2018 to 2041 with a term bond due in 2043. The serial coupons range from 2% to 5% with 1% to 4.4% yields. The 2043 bonds have a 4.25% coupon priced at 96.894 to yield 4.44%.
Proceeds will be used to acquire, construct, equip and renovate county recreational facilities.
