Clark County, Nev., coordinates $300 million offering of airport notes

New York, May 23 - Clark County, Nev., plans to sell $300 million of series 2013C airport system junior subordinate revenue notes for the McCarran International Airport, according to a preliminary official statement.

The deal includes $180 million of series 2013C-1 AMT notes and $120 million of series 2013C-2 non-AMT notes.

The notes (A2/MIG 1/A/SP-1+/) will be sold on a negotiated basis. RBC Capital Markets LLC is the senior manager for the 2013C-1 notes with BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. LLC as the co-managers. BofA Merrill Lynch is the lead manager for the 2013C-2 notes with Citigroup Global Markets, RBC and Siebert as the co-managers.

The 2013C-1 notes are due July 1, 2015, and the 2013C-2 notes are due July 1, 2014.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital improvements to the airport.
