Clark County, Nev., plans $300 million sale of airport revenue notes

New York, May 25 - Clark County, Nev., plans to sell $300 million of series 2012A airport system junior subordinate lien revenue notes in two tranches, according to a preliminary official statement.

The offering includes $180 million of series 2012A-1 notes and $120 million of series 2012A-2 notes.

The notes (MIG1/SP-1+/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with RBC Capital Markets LLC as the senior manager for the 2012A-1 notes and Bank of America Merrill Lynch as the lead manager for the 2012A-2 notes. The co-managers for both tranches are Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. RBC is a co-manager for the 2012A-2 notes, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch is a co-manager for the 2012A-1 notes.

Both notes are due July 1, 2013.

Proceeds will be used to repay a portion of the county's series 2003E-2 notes.
