Fitch assigns Citrix notes BBB

Fitch Ratings said it assigned BBB ratings to Citrix Systems, Inc.'s senior notes offering and new $1 billion term loan credit facility.

Fitch’s ratings for Citrix and its other senior notes is BBB.

Citrix will use proceeds from the senior notes and term loan and cash to fund the acquisition of Wrike for $2.25 billion in cash.
