Citigroup plans Accelerated Return Notes on iShares MSCI EAFE ETF

San Luis Obispo, Calif., July 31 - Citigroup Inc. plans to price 0% Accelerated Return Notes due March 4, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 130% of any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 24.5% to 26.5% that will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the share price falls by up to 10% and will be fully exposed to losses from the initial level if it falls by more than 10%.

The notes (Cusip: 1730T0UN7) will price Aug. 27 and settle three business days later.
