New York, May 30 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $809,000 of 0% market-linked securities due July 11, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of the worst performing index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 100% of the worst performing index return subject to a maximum return of par plus 25.1%. Otherwise investors will be exposed to the decline in the worst performing index with a maximum loss of 5%.
