New York, March 22 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.67 million of 0% enhanced barrier digital securities due April 19, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its 75% final barrier, the payout at maturity will be par plus the 9.85% digital payment.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the index from its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
