New Issue: Citigroup sells $5.25 million market-linked securities on Nasdaq, Dow, S&P

Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 19 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $5.25 million of market-linked securities due Aug. 20, 2024 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the least performing index, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 24.3%.

If the worst performer declines, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performer to a minimum payout of 95% of par.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
