New Issue: JPMorgan sells $359,000 buffered digital notes due 2021 linked to the Dow

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 30 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $359,000 of 0% buffered digital securities due Dec. 2, 2021 linked to the Dow Jones Industrial Average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

If the index finishes at or above 85% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 16%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
