New Issue: Citigroup sells $220,000 contingent coupon autocalls on Adobe Systems

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 26 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $220,000 of autocallable contingent coupon equity-linked securities due Oct. 28, 2019 linked to Adobe Systems Inc. shares, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 8% if the stock closes at or above its 80% coupon barrier on the review date for that quarter.

The notes will be called at par if the stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the stock finishes below its 80% barrier level, in which case investors will receive a number of shares equal to the principal amount divided by the initial share price.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
