New Issue: Citigroup prices $2.11 million digital notes on iShares DJ real estate

Chicago, Oct. 31 – Citigroup Funding Inc. priced $2.11 million of 0% digital securities due Nov. 2, 2016 linked to the iShares Dow Jones U.S. real estate index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund finishes at or above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the 20% fixed return.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
