Citi plans five-year enhanced trigger jump notes on iShares MSCI EM

Chicago, Feb. 4 - Citigroup Funding Inc. plans to price 0% enhanced trigger jump securities due March 1, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund finishes above the 70% trigger level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of any gain and the fixed percentage of 12% to 16%.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. will be the agent.

The notes will price on Feb. 27 and settle three days later in March.

The Cusip number is 17318Q160.
