New Issue: Citigroup prices $2.22 million PLUS linked to Dow Jones - UBS Commodity index

Philadelphia, April 28 - Citigroup Funding Inc. priced $2.22 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Oct. 27, 2011 linked to the Dow Jones - UBS Commodity index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any increase in the index level, subject to a maximum return of $1,180 per par. Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter. It will pay a selling concession to Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC.
