3D Systems files $75 million shelf covering stock, debt, preferreds

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 24 - 3D Systems Corp. filed a $75 million shelf registration in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The registration covers common stock, preferred stock, debt securities, warrants and units.
The securities may be structured as convertibles.
Proceeds will be used for future acquisitions, working capital and general corporate purposes, which may include debt repayment.
3D Systems, based in Rock Hill, S.C., provides three-dimensional modeling, prototyping and manufacturing services.
