Moody's ups Cinedigm facility to Baa3

Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded the rating assigned to the term loan facility extended to Cinedigm Digital Funding I, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Cinedigm Digital Cinema Corp., to Baa3 (sf) from Ba1 (sf).

The upgrade is a result of the execution of a backup servicer agreement, Moody's said.
