Cincinnati Bell to repay bank debt with proposed notes offering

New York, June 30 - Cincinnati Bell Inc. expects to use proceeds from an approximate $300 million senior notes offering to repay outstanding debt under the term and revolving credit facilities.

Cincinnati Bell is a Cincinnati telecommunications company.
