3D Pioneer Systems revises terms of $20,000 private placement of stock

British company sells 76,190 of its common shares at $0.2625 per share

Knoxville, Tenn., March 14 - 3D Pioneer Systems Inc. amended the terms of a $20,000 private placement of stock that settled on Jan. 30, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The deal priced on Jan. 15 and was revised on March 14.

The company sold 76,190 common shares at $0.2625 apiece. The price per share is a 25% discount to the Jan. 31 closing share price of $0.35.

The company originally planned to sell 57,143 common shares at $0.35 apiece.

The London company develops and markets mobile smartphone and tablet applications.
