Deal sold common shares at $13.00 apiece through Jefferies and Baird

Knoxville, Tenn., July 27 - Chuy's Holdings Inc. said it completed its $87.21 million initial public offering of stock. The deal priced for $75.83 million with an $11.38 million greenshoe on July 24.
The company sold 6,708,332 common shares at $13.00 per share. Of the shares, 874,999 were part of the fully exercised greenshoe.
The deal was conducted by joint bookrunning managers Jefferies and Baird. KeyBanc Capital Markets, Raymond James and Stephens Inc. were the co-managers.
Based in Austin, Texas, Chuy's operates the Chuy's Tex-Mex casual dining restaurant chain.
