Churchill Downs plans to repay debt under term loan B from notes

Chicago, April 11 – Churchill Downs Inc. said that it plans to use the proceeds from a new senior notes offering to repay debt under its term loan B, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said it would also use the proceeds from the new notes for working capital and other general corporate purposes.

Churchill Downs is a Louisville, Ky.-based horse racing, gaming and entertainment company.
