Moody's: Church & Dwight view to positive

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the Baa2 senior unsecured and Prime-2 short-term ratings of the Church & Dwight Co.

Moody's said it revised the outlook to positive from stable given its view that credit metrics will remain strong with sufficient flexibility to withstand a sluggish economic recovery, weak consumer spending environment, volatile commodity costs and modestly more aggressive financial policies regarding dividends, share repurchases and acquisitions.
