Atlanta, Jan. 14 - Chromos Molecular Systems Inc. finished a private placement for C$1,063,241.
The offering was comprised of 2,215,085 units at C$0.48 each. The units include one share and one half-share warrant.
The whole warrants allow for an additional share at C$0.60 for two years.
The company plans to raise additional funds in a private placement later this month under the same terms.
Based in Burnaby, B.C. and Seattle, Chromos is a cellular engineering and therapeutics company. It plans to use the proceeds for its cellular engineering and cell therapy programs. The remainder of the funds will be used for working capital.
