New York, Feb. 8 – C.H.I. Overhead Doors Inc. held a lender call at 9:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday to launch a repricing of its $430.7 million first-lien term loan, according to a market source.

UBS Investment Bank is the bookrunner on the deal.

The repriced loan is talked at Libor plus 325 basis points with a 1% Libor floor, the source said.

Commitments are due on Friday, the source added.

The repricing will take the term loan down from Libor plus 375 bps with a 1% Libor floor.

C.H.I. Overhead is an Arthur, Ill.-based manufacturer and marketer of overhead garage doors.
