Madison, Wis., July 30 - China XLX Fertiliser Ltd. said it priced RMB 250 million of 8½% notes due 2015 on Tuesday.
The offering is being conducted through lead manager Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) Pte. and managers China Citic Bank International Ltd., Citic Securities Corporate Finance (HK) Ltd. and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Ltd.
Proceeds from the notes will be used to finance capital expenditures, to repay onshore loans and for general corporate purposes.
Settlement is slated for Aug. 6.
The fertilizer manufacturer is based in Xinxiang, China.
