Korea's Woori Bank will not call $400 million 5¾% notes due 2014

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 12 - Woori Bank announced that, due to current adverse market conditions, it has elected not to redeem its $400 million 5¾% lower tier II subordinated notes due 2014.

The notes have a March 13 call date. After March 13, the coupon will reset.

Woori Bank is a financial institution based in Seoul, Korea.
