Wells Fargo's 5.125% series O preferreds admitted to trading on NYSE

Minneapolis, Nov. 21 - The depositary shares of Wells Fargo & Co.'s 5.125% series O noncumulative perpetual class A preferred stock have been admitted to trading on the New York Stock Exchange, according to a notice.

The shares trade under the symbol "WFC PR O."

The company priced $600 million of the preferreds on Nov. 13.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC is the bookrunner. Joint lead managers are Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and UBS Securities LLC.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Wells Fargo is a San Francisco-based bank.
