Weight Watchers decreases revolver commitments to $50 million

By Tali Rackner

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 1 – Weight Watchers International, Inc. reduced the revolving commitments under its credit agreement to $50 million from $250 million on Sept. 26, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA is the administrative agent and issuing bank.

The amendment agreement also eliminates the financial covenant related to the revolving commitments and reduces the related annual fees by roughly $1 million.

Bank of Nova Scotia is the revolving agent, a swingline lender and an issuing bank.

Weight Watchers is a New York-based provider of weight management services.
