Wastequip to launch $395 million credit facility at Tuesday meeting

New York, Feb. 23 – Wastequip, LLC will launch a $395 million credit facility at a bank meeting scheduled for 9:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday, according to a market source.

The facility includes a $245 million first-lien term loan due 2025, a $100 million second-lien term loan due 2026 and a $50 million revolver due 2023.

Barclays is left lead and administrative agent and is joined as bookrunner by Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs.

Proceeds will be used to help finance the acquisition of Wastequip by H.I.G. Capital.

Wastequip is a Charlotte, N.C.-based manufacturer of waste and recycling equipment.
