S&P ups Venture Global Calcasieu Pass

S&P said it raised its issue-level ratings on Venture Global Calcasieu Pass LLC to BB+ from BB and removed it from under criteria observation.

The upgrade follows S&P publishing its revised criteria for project finance transactions, the agency said.

The outlook remains positive.
