Moody’s assigns Virgin Media notes B1

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned a B1 rating to Dolya HoldCo 18 DAC Co.’s proposed dollar-denominated vendor financing notes due 2028.

The proposed dollar-denominated notes due 2028 alongside the proposed British pound-denominated add-on to Virgin Media Vendor Financing Notes III DAC’s £500 million of notes due 2028 which will total about £800 million (equivalent) and will be used to refinance the £800 million receivables financing notes due 2024 issued by Virgin Media DAC.

All other ratings of the Virgin Media Inc. group remain unchanged, Moody’s said.

The outlook is negative.
