New Issue: Virginia Public School Authority sells $282.23 million refunding bonds

New York, Feb. 23 - The Virginia Public School Authority sold $282.23 million of series 2012A school financing refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (/AA+/AA+) were sold through Wells Fargo Securities LLC.
The bonds are due 2013 to 2030 with 2% to 5% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to refund existing school financing bonds.
