ViaSat to repay revolver borrowings with senior notes proceeds

New York, Feb. 22 - ViaSat Inc. plans on paying down debt under its revolving credit facility using proceeds from a $275 million senior notes offering, according to a market source.

Remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

ViaSat is a Carlsbad, Calif.-based provider of high-speed fixed and mobile broadband services, advanced satellite and wireless networks and secure networking systems, products and services.
