Moody’s ups Verisk bonds to Baa2

Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded Verisk Analytics, Inc.'s senior unsecured bonds to Baa2 from Baa3.

The outlook is stable.

Moody’s said the upgrade reflects its expectation that, as its revenues grow, Verisk will continue to generate the consistent, strong about 50% EBITDA-margins that the company has realized as a result of its unique position as a leading provider of actuarial and underwriting data for the U.S. property and casualty industry, and its track record of deleveraging after acquisitions.
