S&P gives Verisk notes BBB
S&P said it gave BBB ratings to Verisk Analytics Inc.'s planned senior unsecured notes with final amounts and maturities to be determined.
The agency’s other ratings on Verisk, including the BBB issuer rating, are unchanged.
Verisk will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including share buybacks.
The outlook is stable.
