Knoxville, Tenn., March 25 – Verbund AG sold €500 million of 0.9% 20-year green and sustainability-linked notes in an oversubscribed offering, according to a press release.
Morgan Stanley Europe SE, BofA Securities Europe SA, Erste Group Bank AG, J.P. Morgan AG and Societe Generale were the managers.
Verbund is a Vienna-based electricity company.
