Uranium Energy negotiates $18.7 million at-the-market equity offering
Offering was arranged with Cantor Fitzgerald as selling agent

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 31 - Uranium Energy Corp. arranged an $18.7 million at-the-market equity offering with agent Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. on Dec. 31, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Uranium Energy is a resource company based in Austin, Texas.
