New Issue: UniCredit Luxembourg prices $750 million 6% 10-year notes at Treasuries plus 170 bps

Omaha, Oct. 24 - UniCredit Luxembourg Finance SA priced $750 million in 6% 10-year subordinated notes Wednesday to yield Treasuries plus 170 basis points, an informed source said.

The Rule 144A notes (Aa3/AA) were priced at 99.962 to yield 6.01%.

They are non-callable.

Bookrunners were Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co. and HypoVereinsbank.

The subsidiary of UniCredito Italiano is based in Luxembourg City.
