Temujin Fund sells shares of Ultratech

Charlotte, N.C., June 9 - Temujin Fund Management, LLC and Marco Battaglia sold 229,330 shares of Ultratech, Inc., keeping a 16.03% stake in the company.

The shares were sold on June 5 priced from $16.91 to $16.98 each, it was reported in a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Temujin and Battaglia beneficially own approximately 3.74 million shares of the company's outstanding shares of common stock.

Ultratech is a San Jose, Calif.-based manufacturer of photolithography and laser thermal processing equipment.
