New Issue: UBS sells $4.27 million digital index-linked notes on S&P 500

Chicago, April 24 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $4.27 million of 0% digital index-linked notes due Nov. 5, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its 85% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount of $1,084 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.

UBS Securities LLC is the underwriter.
