New Issue: UBS prices $814,000 leveraged buffered notes linked to iShares MSCI EM

Chicago, Aug. 19 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $814,000 of 0% leveraged buffered notes due Aug. 17, 2017 tied to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.4 times any fund gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,334.60 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
UBS Securities LLC is the underwriter.
